An access fund and practitioner directory for women's perinatal support.
We connect women with trauma-informed practitioners, and we raise money so that cost is not the reason a woman goes without support.
Who we are
We are Charlotte Henderson and Sarah Holdway, two family advocates and doulas who built this because the support we needed for the women we work with didn't exist in one place.
Between us, we cover perinatal advocacy, birth rights, safeguarding navigation, addiction and recovery, domestic abuse, coercive control, bodily autonomy, family court and pre-proceedings support. Sarah brings extensive experience as a Mackenzie Friend and as former co-director of the Autonomy Hotline. Charlotte brings lived experience of addiction, recovery and navigating these systems from both sides.
Our work overlaps. Our specialisms fill in the gaps. Together we cover the full picture.

What we do
The Conduit Collective exists to do three things.
Train practitioners
To train practitioners who work with women and families in the complex, trauma-informed knowledge this work actually requires, through The Conduit. Each round, Charlotte gifts one scholarship place on the course through the Collective.
Build a directory
To build a directory of practitioners across birthwork, advocacy, therapy and legal support, so that women in crisis can find the right person, fast. Practitioners who join choose to offer pro bono places alongside their paid work.
Fund access
To fund access to support for women who can't afford it. Donations and grant funding go into the access fund, connecting women to the therapies and services that could genuinely change the trajectory of their recovery and their families' futures: somatic therapy, psychological support, nutritional guidance. The kind of deep, whole-person healing these women are rarely offered, and that makes a real difference when they are.
